Description of airbag:

Marine airbagis a new product and technology for ship launching and landing in marine industry, and it was invented in Shandong province, China last century. As one of the earliest factories in China to produce this kind bag, we have much more mature technology and project operation experience than others. Airbag consists outer layer and inner layer and with a reinforced synthetic-tire-cord rubber sheet in the middle. This synthetic-tire-cord reinforced rubber sheet normally is used in tire industry, which can take extremely high pressure in terrible using environment. They are different with normal PU/PVC or other buoyancy bags in the market, has better physical character in marine industry.

For ship recycling business, currently most jobs are finsihed in water. Ship recyclers always beach the ships during the high tide and then dismantle the ships during the low tide. Along with the dismantling job, the weight of the rest ships will be lighter and then become not stable and very dangerous to work on it.

By using airbags, this low investment landing way, the ships could be haulled out ed to the land. All jobs will be done on land. Comparing to other landing ways, airbag system saves cost for ship recyclers. What's more, it could increased the working efficiency, and guarantee a safe working enviornment for workers.
