Ship launching airbag is also known inflatable marine airbag, rubber roller, air lift bag and salvage bag. Airbags are used for ship launching and landing, and floating. 1. Ship launching airbag
Salvage marine airbags can be inserted between vessel bottom and seabed to lift sunk vessel which can partly restore buoyancy to vessel itself. Each salvage marine airbag can lift more than 200ton heavy under the water. For stranded vessel salvage this heavy lift function is extremely useful.
2. Rubber pontoon for dock discharging, houseboat, or salvaging
Rubber pontoon is invented from ship launching airbag and has the same floating applications but with better air tightness. It is widely used as marine buoyancy bag, house boat floating pontoon, sea bridge building, or inflatable dredge device.
It could be 100% airtightness.
Both ship launching airbag and rubber pontoon, when used as marine salvage airbag, some special designs are made to better suitable for salvage project, likelightweight structure, lifting belts and buckles. Rubber belts are usually used to fasten airbags together and buckles make the binding much easier.
